Mini Sessions: 20 minute professional photo sessions
Date: Saturday, June 29, 2019 (rain date, Sunday, June 30th)
For a donation of $150 you will receive 5 edited original resolution images delivered within 2 weeks!!
Session Times:
5:30pm-5:50pm (arrival time 5:20pm)
6:00pm-6:20pm (arrival time 5:50pm)
6:30pm-6:50pm (arrival time 6:20pm)
7:00pm-7:20pm (arrival time 6:50pm)
7:30pm-7:50pm (arrival time 7:20pm)
8:00pm-8:20pm (arrival time 7:50pm)
- Open to individuals, couples, and families (up to 5 people). Sorry, no pets.
- Location: Beautiful Harwood, Maryland (address will be emailed to you after session purchase).
- Please note: This is a grassy area and as such there may be exposure to creepy crawlies such as, but not limited to, spiders, ticks and mosquitoes.
- Please provide the NAMES, AGES and RELATIONSHIPS of participants, as well as the EMAIL address for image delivery.

- Review preparation and wardrobe links (https://www.thuisstudios.com/ready-to-book). Thuis Studios shall not edit wardrobe, accessory, cosmetic/hair mishaps presented by the participants (e.g.: wrinkles, stains, hair ties left on wrists, etc.). - Image selection, delivery and editing style are at the discretion of Thuis Studios.
- The session fee is due at the time of application and nonrefundable (unless cancelled by the host).
- Images are for personal use only. Digital images shared on social media must tag Thuis Studios (IG @thuisstudios, Facebook: www.facebook.com/thuisstudios).
- Five images shall be selected by creating a Favorites List within 7 days of notification. Gallery reload will incur a $50 fee payable to Thuis Studios via check or money order. Images will no longer be available after 14 days of initial notification.
- Participants are responsible for having the appropriate equipment to download, access, view and store the digital files.
- Copyright information: the photographs are protected by United States Copyright Laws, USC Title 17 (all rights reserved). The participant hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images unless given a copyright release signed by Thuis Studios. All photos are property of Thuis Studios and may be used in a responsible manner to provide samples of work.
- The participants shall not alter images.
- The participants must obtain written permission from and compensate Thuis Studios prior to an event where the participants, or the participant’s friends or relatives wish to publish or sell or use the images for profit.
- Participants shall conduct themselves in a respectful manner while on location. Participants are solely responsible for their safety and well-being (and that of minors in their charge) while on location and shall not hold Icarus Foundation, Inc., Thuis Studios or the property owner liable for any injury or illness resulting from this fundraising activity.
By making a photo session reservation, you are agreeing to the following statement: “I have read, understand and agree to all parameters listed above in this fundraising photo session.”
